Happy One Month To Avery, Mommy and Daddy! She is her mother’s daughter. You, as a newborn, also decided that you preferred that “warm pocket” in your daddy’s arms. (What beautiful imagery Aimee.) Many times as I gazed upon this scene I recall wondering if it was possible for a baby that young to look so serene knowing that she was sleeping just exactly where she wanted to be. Fast forward two and a half years and it happened all over again with your baby sister. Avery, I think, cements the answer. Yes, yes it certainly is possible. The true sweetness of life is in the little, oh-so-important moments. You’re a delightful trio. Love to all of you.
