Reunited At Last

I want to write something super clever and thought-provoking, but I’m tired. Seth’s been away on vacation out of town for work and I’m just counting the minutes until he gets home, because *someone* had been a real handful. And it’s not the someone wearing a diaper, it’s the someone with a patch on his […]

Rebekah Hoover - Wow! Single mom-ing it, Aims! Very impressive!

Back from Crankyland

Hello, I’m home!  Where have I been you may ask?  Oh, just off in Crankyland.  There is a better term for it, but I have a strict “don’t write it if you’d be embarrassed that your pastor’s wife read it” policy on this here blog. Where is this land you speak of?  Well, there’s this very windy […]

Seth Sproul - As you can see in the picture, she does come with a warning. ADVERTENCIA!

Kathleen Deane - Ttly crackin up! Ur awesome aimee, and yes, although much more difficult than life 3 months ago, you lead a well provided life!:). Cheers to motherhood! (Clink)

Dina Grinshpun - It gets easier, Aimee! So much so, that you will forget the sleepless nights and want another kid. The time is coming, yes it is. So just hang in there, one groggy, sleepy blink at a time.

Tom Van Gilder - More of that Grinshpun wisdom. Listen to her.

Aimee - There’s wine in that glass I’m cliking, right?? :)

March 28, 2012

Aimee - That’s what I hear. I should make a note not to read these old posts so that I don’t ever remember! :)

Aimee Desiree Sproul - There’s wine in that glass, right?

Love and Friendship

I know this is going to make me seem like a hypocrite, but I like to be surrounded by books, too.  The difference between me and Seth, however, is that I like to be surrounded by pretty books.  So, when I spotted this little gem in Anthropologie*, I couldn’t help but look inside. Pin It I […]

Rebekah Hoover - Okay I originally read this from my phone and couldn’t comment… BUT… wow… so true and I never thought of it like this! Thanks for the reminder and something to reflect on. xx

Aimee - On that note, it’s rather unfair of you to have another cute kiddo so far from me and Lippy ;)

Be Still Like a Hummingbird

I’ve come down with a case of the Thirty-Two’s. It is similar to the virus that frequently afflicts women as they turn 30. A list of symptoms include: “What meaningful things have I done with my life?,” “Why have I not met The One?,” “I want to have a baby ASAP,” “I Need to accomplish XYZ before I have […]

Erica Schneider {Acres of Hope Photography} - So true. And the new blog looks awesome! :)

March 21, 2012

Ranioza - I think your symptoms are similar to my condition which is a mild case of the 34s-soon to be 35s. Very nicely put my friend. Might I add one more thing? Relational research shows that individuals who go through the traditional stages of life (college, marriage, babies) report higher levels of satisfaction in the long run ;)

Ali - I love this Aimee! I knew I was pregnant both times with surprise hummingbird visits in my backyard. God is so good at reminding us to be patient with ourselves!

Aimee - How fun! We need to get together soon :)

March 25, 2012

Aimee - It gets us all sooner or later, huh?! :)

March 25, 2012

Aimee - Thanks, I’m still working on it. Why did I not minor in web design? Would be so much more helpful that my lit major where I learned to write…wait… ;)
