Awwww, that’s such a sweet picture of Patchy with an ear to the baby bump. I think he may turn into a “nanny dog” like Nana in Peter Pan. Your ribs, btw, will recover. Mine did. Don’t let delivery scare you. It’s a natural process, you’ll have a great “team” there with you and you and Avery will do a great work together. You’ll see. It’s a pretty amazing experience. Be patient, she’s preparing herself for the debut of a lifetime.

Lol! Karper is an adorable little man. Couldn’t his admirer see that he has boy biceps already? Seriously, baby boys have those from the get-go. Hey, I had you dressed from head to toe in pink, pink, pink and ruffles, ruffles, ruffles (think dress, bloomers, bonnet, sweater and booties; oh! and in a baby carrier draped in…let me think..right, PINK!) when you were about 4 months old and this elderly gentleman stopped to admire you and pronounced you a very fine looking young man. I accepted his praise graciously and without correction because he seemed like a sweet old guy and maybe he just didn’t see very well. But, once he was safely out of range my friends and I couldn’t help busting out laughing. Here I thought I had dressed you to make a very decided baby girl statement and it failed to work everywhere with everyone!
