My friend, Rania, gave me a whole bag of organic pomegranates fresh from the orchard. I brought them all to Bakersfield with me, where I will be spending the week visiting my parents. Upon seeing my treasure of anti-oxidants, my dad immediately exclaimed that his pomegranate tree was sure to have delicious fruit as well. Except, in his case, they are white pomegranates; so, we are off to have ourselves a competition about which ones taste best.
